Terms of use

Using Oreley responsibly

These terms govern your access to Oreley, a product and service operated by Previd Digital Limited.

Effective date: 26 July 2026

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter an agreement and permitted to use Oreley under the laws that apply to you. You must not use the service if we previously removed you unless we give written permission.

Your account

Provide accurate information, maintain only one personal account unless we approve otherwise, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Previd Digital Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display and show that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve Oreley. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup cycles and lawful retention. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content.

Acceptable use

Follow the Community Standards. Do not impersonate others, harass or exploit anyone, request money deceptively, publish unlawful or infringing content, scrape profiles, bypass access or safety controls, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or use information obtained through Oreley for unauthorised commercial purposes.

Introductions and meetings

Oreley helps members discover and communicate with one another but cannot guarantee compatibility, identity, intentions, statements or behaviour. Use your own judgement, protect personal and financial information, and follow sensible safety precautions when communicating or meeting. Oreley is not an emergency service.

Paid memberships

Stripe Checkout displays the price, currency, billing interval, payment method and any applicable tax before purchase. Paid memberships renew for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, amounts already charged are non-refundable. Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.

Changes to plans and the service

We may improve, add, remove or change features. If we materially change a paid plan or its price, we will give advance notice where required and explain when the change takes effect. You may cancel before a future renewal if you do not accept the change.

Account action and termination

You may stop using Oreley or delete your account through the privacy controls, subject to settling or cancelling an active membership where required. We may investigate, restrict, suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, creates risk, exposes the service or others to legal liability, or harms members. Where appropriate, we will consider the seriousness, history and context of the conduct and any available appeal.

Service availability

We work to keep Oreley available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. We may temporarily restrict the service for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

Responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to those protections, Previd Digital Limited is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, were caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or arose from unauthorised commercial or business use of a personal service.

Law and disputes

These Terms do not remove any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. The governing law and courts will be determined by the law applicable to Previd Digital Limited and any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
