How Oreley uses your information

This notice explains how Previd Digital Limited handles personal information when providing Oreley.

Effective date: 26 July 2026

Who we are

Oreley is a product and service operated by Previd Digital Limited. Previd Digital Limited is the controller responsible for personal information processed through Oreley.

Information we collect

We process account and contact details, date of birth, profile information, relationship preferences, photographs, verification information, messages, likes, matches, reports, support communications, subscription status, consent choices, and technical and security information created when you use the service.

How and why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide profiles, introductions, matches and messaging, process memberships, respond to requests, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate reports, enforce our rules, comply with law and improve the service. Depending on the activity and applicable law, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting Oreley, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, and consent where consent is required.

Profile and potentially sensitive information

Your discoverable profile may reveal information about your relationships, beliefs, culture or other personal characteristics. You choose what to add and may change your profile or turn discoverability off. Where applicable law treats information as sensitive or specially protected, we process it only with an appropriate legal basis and additional safeguards.

Who can see your information

Discoverable profile information may be shown to signed-in members. Messages are available to the members in that conversation. Private account, payment and verification information is not displayed as public profile content. Reports and safety information are restricted to authorised personnel and providers who need them.

Service providers and disclosures

We use vetted providers for hosting, database, authentication, storage, email, payments, security, support and content-safety services. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and under appropriate contractual protections. We may also disclose information where required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or where reasonably necessary to protect a person from serious harm.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use recognised transfer mechanisms and contractual, organisational and technical safeguards intended to protect the information.

How long we keep information

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, including providing the service, meeting legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and addressing safety incidents. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason it is held. Account information is deleted or de-identified after account closure unless a limited record must be retained for one of those reasons.

Your choices and rights

You may update your profile, control discoverability, download a copy of your account data and delete your account through your privacy controls. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive portable information and complain to your local data-protection regulator. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Cookies and browser storage

Oreley uses essential authentication cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and protect your session. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are not currently used. Read the Cookie Notice for more information.

Security and children

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Oreley is for adults aged 18 and over. We may suspend an account and take appropriate action if we reasonably believe it belongs to a child.

Contact and complaints

For privacy questions or to exercise a data-protection right, email privacy@oreley.com. For general assistance, email support@oreley.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also complain to the data-protection regulator responsible for your location.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the service, our providers or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated effective date and provide additional notice where a change materially affects your rights or how we use your information.
