Frequently asked questions

You may find the answer here.

Choose a question to see the guidance.

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

Check that you are using the email address connected to your account, then use the password-reset option on the sign-in page. Never share your password or a password-reset link with anyone.

How do I change my profile details?

Open your profile settings to update your personal details, preferences and photographs. Keep your information accurate and do not include sensitive contact or financial details in your profile.

How does profile verification work?

Follow the verification prompts shown in your account. Make sure any requested image is clear and current. Verification helps build trust, but it is not a guarantee of someone’s identity, intentions or behaviour.

Where can I manage my membership?

You can review your plan and available membership options from the membership area of your account. Changes to a paid plan should be made through the same service used to subscribe.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the relevant profile or conversation and choose Report or Block. Include what happened when reporting so the concern can be reviewed in context. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services.

How do I control who can see my profile?

Use the privacy controls in your account to turn discoverability on or off. When discoverability is off, your profile will not be shown in new introductions.

How do I access, correct or delete my information?

You can update profile information and delete your account from your privacy controls. The privacy notice explains your other data-protection rights and when identity verification or limited record retention may be required.
